Refund & Returns Policy for Electrical Items (Sonic Pro etc)
At Sonic Dental, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is a breakdown of our return process for electrical items, such as Sonic Pro, Sonic Stream, Sonic Go, and other related electrical products.
Unopened Items (Cellophane-Sealed)
If your package is still unopened and cellophane-sealed, you have 100 days from the date of delivery to return it. Returns for unopened items are free of charge.
Opened & Used Items
If the product has been opened and used, you can still return it within 30 days from the delivery date. Please note that a restocking and reconditioning fee will apply. The exact amount will be calculated when you initiate the return.
Return Process
- Return Submission: To start a return, please complete the Easy Returns Form on our website.
- Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and send you a follow-up email confirming the return and refund approval.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. It may take up to two weeks for the refund to be completed. If it's been longer than two weeks, please contact your bank or credit card company, as they may take time to post the refund to your account.
Important: Items returned without first requesting a return through the form will not be accepted.
Defective Items & 12-Month Warranty on Electrical Products
At Sonic Dental, every product is thoroughly tested before shipment. However, defects can occasionally occur. If you find your product to be defective, please follow these steps:
- Document the Issue: You may be asked to provide a video or images showing the defect.
- Warranty: Our electrical products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- Free Replacement or Refund: If a defect is confirmed, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund.
To ensure a smooth warranty claim process, please complete the Warranty Registration Form. If you need to file a warranty claim, fill out the Warranty Claim Form on our website.
Sonic Dental Cleaning Tablets Returns
We accept returns of unopened boxes of Sonic Dental Cleaning Tablets within 30 days of delivery. The product must still be in its original packaging, including the cellophane seal.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately, and we will try to update the details before the order ships.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for lost items due to incorrect shipping information.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us, and we’ll work to locate your parcel. For us to file a claim with the courier, we need 15 clear days without a scan update. After this period, we can either resend the item or issue a refund.
Replacement Orders
If you have accepted a replacement order for a delivery issue, defective item, or any other reason, no further refunds or replacements will be offered unless at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about your specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product for a refund, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@sonicdental.co.
